My wife and I recently purchased a multi-family investment property with Adam’s assistance at the end of May 2021. Adam is very friendly and personable while also being very competent and knowledgeable about the investment market. When we first started looking for a property, we were doubtful of our ability to secure a good deal on a multi-family property in this “seller’s market”; however, Adam had several great strategies to find good deals and implemented some very creative negotiating tactics. Our purchasing process was very difficult with lots of conflicting wants/ needs to coordinate, so our deal almost fell through, but thanks to Adam’s excellent listening/ comprehension skills, positive outlook and ability to take action quickly, we ended up closing on the property feeling great! We highly recommend Adam; he certainly earned our trust and respect during a very trying purchase process!
